Activated Dimethicone, Magnesium Hydroxide, Aluminium Hydroxide Gel & Sorbitol Syrup - Combination medication for treating gastrointestinal symptoms.

• Contains activated dimethicone for relieving gas and bloating.
• Includes magnesium hydroxide and aluminium hydroxide gel for neutralizing stomach acid.
• Sorbitol acts as a mild laxative, aiding in bowel movements and relieving constipation.

Used to treat acidity, heartburn, indigestion, gastritis (inflammation of the stomach), and stomach upset.

Activated Dimethicone IP (125 mg)
- Magnesium Hydroxide IP (Added as Magnesium Hydroxide Paste) (100 mg)
- Aluminium Hydroxide Gel IP (Added as Aluminium Hydroxide Paste) (5 GM)
- Sorbitol (70%) IP (645 mg)
